There are 3 modules available. All include full reporting, including exceptional
reporting and alerting where appropriate.
- The Group Workflow Module links demand to deployment to outcome for any category
of work team. It allows the customer to set up and brief categories of work, detail
the tasks which the resources should undertake, deploy resources, assess whether
they complied with the requirement, assess the outcome, and review the number and
type of resources to deploy in future.
- The Individual Performance Module is often an add-on to the Group Workflow Module.
It not only reports fully against all deployments of individual members of field
staff by category of deployment, but also captures the full scope of activities,
allowing staff to be credited with voluntary or discretionary activity.
- The Vehicle Utilisation and Fleet Management Module can be applied to any grouping
of vehicles for basic tracking and cost analysis. Where there is flexible deployment
of vehicles across the organisation, or the fuller picture of potential vehicle
savings across the whole organisation needs to be kept under review, then we recommend
that the whole fleet should be monitored.
Applying Modules
- Modules can be deployed across the whole organisation or within a specialist grouping,
section, or department. Units can be a small as 20 resources (staff and/or vehicles)
or as large as many thousands. iR3 is most valuable for a grouping which uses mainly
its own resources to achieve results. This allows iR3 to capture the full resourcing
picture and link it back to demand as experienced by the Unit. This could be a Unit
responsible for a distinct product or service, a distinct regional grouping of products
or services, or a distinct central support department. Please contact us for examples
of how this can apply to different organisations.
- The customer can add progressively to the number and type of Units monitored by
iR3 within their organisation.
- Modules can be applied across Partner organisations to support collaborative working
where resources can be grouped for a period.
Set-Up and Pricing
- L&A sets up the initial system to capture data across the whole organisation.
This allows the customer to opt in or out of modules, or vary the scope of modules
as required. This also allows the customer to access retrospective analysis of data
on any module at any time.
- Pricing is based on resources in scope per month. This allows for regular monitoring
of selected Units for maximum productivity, and for occasional snapshots of data
across other parts of the organisation
