It has six main components;

iR3 was developed out of a pilot project in 2006 which demonstrated both operational benefits and cashable savings well above expectations.

Now iR3 proves a innovative resource management product, made up of a basic framework of proven software and reporting tools, which can be tailored for each fleet or industry sector.

iR3 uses proven AVLS, ARLS technology linked to company systems to provide analysis of demand and resource requirements

iR3 integrates data from scheduling, call handling, CRM, logistics, sales and fleet management systems. Indeed it can take data feeds from most systems.

iR3 provides job, tasking, demand and resource management reporting in near real time and historically

iR3 is both a work flow and an analytical tool providing operational managers with a decision support tool to enhance service operations, improve resource utilisation and response effectiveness.
